Day 18: 303 lbs.
Popped up another pound yesterday. I'm starting to get used to these daily fluctuations, and gaining a pound doesn't bother me as much as it did the first time it happened. As long as I stick to my calorie quota, I know I'm doing OK.
Yesterday I actually ended the day well under my 1,500 calorie quota, with something like 200 calories left over.
That was weird enough that I was wracking my brain trying to figure out if I might have made a mistake. Counting calories always has to involve some estimation, unless you want to be a total geek and carry diet scales everywhere you go.
But, no, I don't think I made any mistakes. At least, no mistakes big enough to account for a 200 calorie gap.
