Day 20: 304 lbs
No change in weight from yesterday. I stuck to my 1,500 calorie quota.
Lately, my pattern has been to have a modest breakfast, a modest lunch, and snack on some veggies at work. That usually leaves me with over 700 calories left by the tuime I leave the office, but also peckish when I get home. I've been having a small snack before dinner (usually something high protein like a piece of lunchmeat), and that seems to work fine.
Today, though, I have to stay home to watch a sick kid. That means I'll have the temptation of a fully-stocked refrigerator all day. Wish me luck.
