Day 26: No weight
Tomorrow I'll have another weight check-in.
Yesterday I consumed an astonishing 850 calories for the entire day. That was one bagel (with nonfat cream cheese), and two Subway roast beef sandwiches with no mayo or cheese. And lots of diet soda: staying hydrated at a convention is important.
The most remarkable thing is that I didn't really feel all that hungry. Tired from standing all day, but not terribly hungry.
This all reminds me a little of Jared, the guy who lost something like a million pounds eating nothing but Subway sandwiches. One thing most people forget is that Jared didn't just limit himself to Subway sandwiches, he limited himself to only three of them per day, and no cheese or mayo. That's only 900 calories a day, and anyone will lose weight on that diet.
You could also lose weight if you ate nothing but a single Big Mac every day, though the Subway sandwiches are almost certainly healthier.
