Day 6: 309 lbs.
This is getting into the most challenging time in a diet, but so far I've managed.
Dinner last night just didn't seem to do anything for me. An hour or so after I ate, I felt an irresistable urge towards the refrigerator. I deflected it into healthy snacks (fresh veggies unadorned), but I pretty mcuh cleaned out our supply of snap peas. I did manage to stay under my 1,500 calorie quota, however, so the day was a success.
After the precipitous plunge of the first couple days, my weight is starting to hold for a couple days, then drop a pound, then hold again. This is as expected for a gradual loss of a few pounds a week.
