Day 91: 276 lbs
I followed my Thanksgiving Dinner strategy yesterday: I fasted all day except for the event itself, and tried to stay under 1,500 calories.
I have no idea if I actually stayed under 1,500 calories or not, since it is pretty much impossible to carefully measure portions while the plates are whizzing around the table. And I was stuffed by the end of the meal. Fasting for the rest of the day was not hard at all.
I'm surprised that my weight today is the same as yesterday: I thought for sure I'd add at least a pound or two from all the water and stuff working its way through my digestive tract. When I went off my diet for one day for my birthday, I gained six pounds that day (that was also the beginning of the very frustrating month of October).
Today I'll be following all the Diet Commandments again, but tomorrow I have another Thanksgiving meal to get through.
