Day 106: 273 lbs
I busted my diet yesterday at my wife's company's Christmas party. I estimate that I went about 1,000 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota. My strategy had been to limit myself to a single plateful of food (and I had enough calories to do that), but I gave in to temptation and went back. And back. And back.
The worrisome thing is that this is two diet busting days in the same week.
I need to tighten back up on my diet if I'm going to keep losing weight, especially through the holidays. At least I haven't gained any weight.
