Day 107: 273 lbs

I feel like I've been at 273 lbs forever! No change in my weight since yesterday (that's starting to sound like a broken record), and I stuck to my diet with 1,498 calories consumed. I followed the Diet Commandments, though I did estimate the portion size at lunch.

I suspect part of the reason my diet is stuck is all the diet-busting days lately. And we still have the worst of the holiday season to come. Starting next weekend, we've got at least one holiday celebration every week. Needless to say, if I'm going to lose any weight at all in December, I'll need to seriously limit my intake at these events.

But that's easier said than done.
