Day 134: 265 lbs
Woo-hoo! Lost two pounds yesterday, and matched the 265 I hit back in December, when I was dehydrated from the long plane flight. This marks an even 50 pounds lost since I started my diet! That's cause for a celebration: break out the cake and ice cream!
Or maybe that's not such a great idea. Let's break out the rice cake and sugar-free popsicles (12 calories each) instead.
Yesterday was a good day for following the Diet Commandments. I followed all the commandments, and only had to estimate a small amount of my food intake for the day. Call it a 9 of 10 for diet compliance. I finished the day with 34 calories left of my 1,500 calorie quota.
Today will be a little harder, with a couple of social events during the day. But I'll do my best.
