Day 145: 267 lbs

Sorry for another late update. Yesterday was a reasonably good diet day: I had to guess how many chips I ate at lunch, but other than that I stuck to my Diet Commandments. Call it a 7/10 on the scale of Diet Compliance--that low just because chips are a dangerous thing to estimate (lots of calories and easy to eat a ton at once). But I lost a pound, so that's nice.

I think I've noticed something: the more fresh vegetables I eat, the more weight I lose. That's a nice simple formula....
