Day 153: 268 lbs
I did reasonably well on my diet yesterday, though I was eating airport food and had to estimate my calories. I wound up 19 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota, so I did break my Diet Commandments, but not as badly as some days lately. Call it a 5/10 for sticking to my diet.
I also lost three pounds from my pre-trip weight, but some of that is probably water from being on a long flight and getting dehydrated. The proof will be if it comes back in a day or two.
Next week I have another business trip, so I get to do this all over again.
