Day 165: 265 lbs
Monday was another perfect diet day. I managed to avoid temptation at our lunch meeting, and I stuck strictly to stuff I could measure portions. I lost a pound, too. Bonus!
I'm also proud of the fact that I'm getting back to daily exercise (in the form of splitting firewood). Part of that is from necessity: we have a lot of wood which needs to be split and stacked off the lawn before spring. But I've managed to find time to get out and do it each of the past four days including today. That certainly can't hurt.
Today's reason for wanting to be 195 lbs: so that when I build muscles, you can actually see them.
