Day 166: 264 lbs
I had another great diet day yesterday, and lost another pound. I stuck to eating foods I could carefully measure, and ended the day with about 35 calories of my 1,500 calorie quota left. Another 10/10 for diet compliance.
And, as I mentioned yesterday, I found the time to get out and split firewood for the fourth day in a row. That's a pretty big deal, too. Swinging a heavy axe repeatedly is one of the most effective exercises out there, and it both builds strength and gets the heart rate up.
Today's reason for wanting to be 195 lbs: So that when the NSA records my calls, they don't give me the code name "Fatso."
