Day 171: No Weight
No weight today because I had to rush out the door this morning to an early meeting and forgot to weigh myself. Sorry about that.
Yesterday I broke my diet again, for the fourth day in a row. Argh. But today was much better. Not perfect: I had some chips for lunch (which I'm trying to avoid because they're hard to measure).
Today's reason for wanting to be 195 lbs: so I don't have to be so anal about sticking to my diet.
