Day 173: 265 lbs
Yesterday was a good diet day, and I got the instant gratification again: lost three pounds. I managed to stick to my diet, measure everything, and avoid temptation.
Not quite so good so far today (but not too bad, either). I grabbed a handful of chips at lunch, which I need to stop doing.
Today's reason for wanting to be 195 lbs: It's a lot easier to find clothes in a size 38 than a size 46.
