Day 174: 266 lbs
I was mostly good about my diet yesterday, with a couple of transgressions. The flip side of instant gratification (losing weight when I'm good) is instant punishment, so I gained a pound yesterday. The transgressions were that I grabbed a handful of chips at lunch and didn't carefully measure them (hard to do with chips), and that I snuck some Valentine's candy. Not much candy, though: we're talking a few M&M's.
Today I shall endeavor to do better. I'm going to shoot for a perfect diet day. Then another perfect diet day tomorrow. And another one after that. And then....you get the picture.
Today's reason for being 195 lbs: It builds discipline. I want Diet-Fu.
