Day 175: 269 lbs
Yesterday was a good diet day--almost perfect--but I gained three pounds. I know that's all water, since I made a huge pot of soup last night. It was a light broth, so very light in calories, but lots of water laced with salt. Perfect for water retention.
Today has been a reasonable diet day so far, but I gave into temptation on those darn chips at lunch again. I have to stop doing that.
Today's reason to be 195 lbs: Because I can. Or should be able to.
