Day 186: 265 lbs

I lost three pounds yesterday, shedding the water I had retained the past few days (not sure why....). I did well on my diet yesterday, and managed to avoid the temptation to get off my diet during our lunch meeting.

Today is a workday like most others. The biggest diet risk is the food (especially potato chips) in the office for the taking. My strategy for dealing with it is to nibble on healthy snacks like veggies instead. So far, so good.
