Day 189: 267 lbs

I gained four pounds yesterday, and broke my diet (again!). Lunch was the killer.

I need to get back to the discipline of (a) not breaking my diet, and (b) when I do, trying to stick to my diet for the rest of the day.

Today is going better. The challenge will be dinner, since we're planning to go out for pizza. I think I can allow myself one slice of pizza and a salad.
