Day 198: 264 lbs

I stuck to my diet yesterday, and lost three pounds. Yay!

The key was planning ahead for the dinner out, and sticking to my guns. I had enough calories left at the end of the day to allow myself a slice (one slice) of pizza and a salad. But that was good enough to be able to stay on-diet without feeling deprived.

Today is a weekend. Weekends have been bad for my diet lately, since there's lots of temptations to snack and eat out. I don't know what today will bring--we don't have any particular plans for today--so it gets hard to stick to a strategy.

So my strategy for today is to be flexible. And if I do find myself going over my quota, better to go a little over quota than to go completely off my diet.
