Day 209: 270 lbs
I lost a pound yesterday, which is better than nothing but doesn't seem like enough given that I was over five pounds lighter a few days ago.
I mostly stuck to my diet yesterday. I was 165 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota, but I mostly managed to restrain myself at lunch. These days, that's a victory.
Today's challenge will be just not snacking at the office. If I can manage that, I should be able to stick to my diet.
