Day 214: No weight
Traveling Up North with my oldest son today, so I'm not home to weight myself on the specially-super-duper-consistent bathroom scale. (It is actually a doctor's balance scale, but more important, it is the same scale every day. Most bathroom scales have a few pounds of error).
But I haven't managed to stick to my diet, either. I haven't done that badly, but the road food did me in yesterday, while pizza for dinner was the downfall today. I only ate two slices of pizza for dinner, but that was more than I had calories for. My son, on the other hand, packed away six slices of pizza. He's only seven (and no, he's not overweight). I guess a day in the woods--and the chance to eat pizza--will do that to a kid.
Tomorrow we head home.
