Day 216: 267 lbs
How about that: despite my terrible diet habits, I actually lost weight on my trip with my son. Of course it's all water, but still, it just doesn't seem right. I need instant gratification when I do the right thing, not when I do the wrong thing.
Today I'm going to make an effort to stay on-diet for the whole day. It shouldn't be too challenging of a day, with no special stuff planned.
And if today works, then I'll try tomorrow. One day at a time is how I'll get the diet back on track.
