Day 217: 268 lbs
I stuck to my diet yesterday! Wahoo!
Okay, it's a small victory, but it is a victory. Baby steps and all that.
I did gain a pound, but the weight will come off if I can stick to my diet consistently.
Today's goal is to stick to my diet again. It is a small goal, but I need to achieve small goals before I can reach the big ones.
