Day 222: 273 lbs
(sigh)
I didn't stick to my diet yesterday either, and I gained three pounds.
Today will be an interesting challenge, since I'm working from home with a sick kid. Both work and home seem to be full of temptations, but home is worse. So far I've not broken my diet (it's 10 AM), but we'll see where I stand in a few hours.
One thing I think I need to do more of is stock fresh veggies for snacking. I have to have something to satisfy my oral fixation, and if there's healthy stuff around I can at least deflect the temptation. Right now home is a bit understocked, but I think I can find something. I think we've got a big bag of carrots sitting around here somewhere.
