Day 223: 272 lbs
I didn't stick to my diet yesterday. In addition to the temptations of working from home, it turns out I forgot my Treo (which has my calorie tracker software on it) at the office. That didn't help.
At least I've been getting a lot of exercise lately. I spent at least two hours splitting and hauling firewood last night, and I've been doing similar amounts of exercise many days lately.
I just need to get back on the diet.
