Day 226: 269 lbs
I mostly stuck to my diet yesterday. I did go about 120 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota, but that's a whole lot better than breaking the diet completely. I gained one pound yesterday.
I still need to do better, though. To be really effective at losing weight, I need to be on my diet 100%.
Today is the weekend, and lately weekends have been the real red-alarm diet days. My challenge is to not give in to temptation and go off my diet.
