Day 228: 272 lbs
And again, I didn't stick to my diet yesterday, and I gained two pounds.
I really did feel that I was getting back on track late last week. Today I'm back at work, so maybe I can make the on-track thing a reality. The challenge will be our weekly Monday lunch meeting, and the strategy which has worked in the past is to avoid anything I can't carefully measure. So no chips, nuts, snacky-type foods, and so forth.
