Day 230: 273 lbs
No change in my weight since yesterday. I didn't quite stick to my diet yesterday: I logged everything I ate, but went about 500 calories over my quota of 1,500 calories. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than Monday, when I stuck to my quota better, but had some snacks I didn't log.
But either one is unacceptable, and can be attributed to my old nemesis Temptation.
The past couple days I've also been retaining water (maybe because of the salty chips I ate on Monday?). I can tell because my wedding ring is harder to remove than usual.
Today shouldn't have any unusual diet challenges. I just need to avoid snacking at the office and stay within bounds at mealtime.
