Day 231: 273 lbs
There was no change in my weight yesterday. I was mostly good about my diet, but I did have a bunch of chips with lunch. The problem with chips is that they're hard to measure carefully, and you can't stop after just one. I took my best guess at the calorie count, but I could be wrong.
I may just have to make an iron-clad rule of No Chips Ever, like my chocolate cake rule.
Today, I resolve to avoid chips at lunch, and stick to my diet.
