Day 232: 272 lbs

I lost a pound yesterday, and did a reasonable job of sticking to my diet. I managed to avoid the temptation of the chips at lunch yesterday, and my only real transgression was that I took larger portions at dinner than I planned or should have. That's a relatively minor problem as such things go, but it still isn't acceptable.

Unfortunately, today I have not been so good. I gave in to temptation at lunch, and overdid the chips.

So I think I will create a new Absolute Diet Rule:

Thou Shalt Not Eat Any Chip-Like Food. Ever.

Not because moderate amounts of chips (be they potato, tortilla, or other flat, salty snack food) are so terrible, but because I can't seem to eat just a moderate amount. I always go overboard. So I will not eat these foods anymore.
