Day 234: 271 lbs
I was off my diet yesterday and gained one pound.
I wasn't up to the temptation of the refrigerator today (although on the positive side, I did spend about four hours working in the yard, which is excellent exercise).
Today, with an early Easter family dinner, is going to be harder. My strategy is to simply avoid any between-meal snacking. If I can do that, I think I can stay on track for the day.
