Day 236: 272 lbs

I managed to stick to my diet yesterday, and lost a pound. I followed my No Chips Ever rule, and I think it was effective. I estimated my calories at dinner, though, and I really should have measured. So that's not acceptable.

Today's challenge will be avoiding temptations at the office. Remember: No Chips. Ever.
