Day 238: 269 lbs
I had another pretty good diet day yesterday. Actually, it was amazingly good right up to dinnertime. I didn't snack at all (except on diet-approved veggies) at work, kept both breakfast and lunch moderate, and had over 800 calories of my quota remaining for dinner.
Which was good, since by that time I was really hungry.
I did have a large dinner, but I also had the calories for it. I stayed under my quota, though I had to guess some of the calorie counts at dinner. I really need to get back to measuring my dinners carefully--too much carelessness and I'll be right off my diet again.
In any case, I lost three pounds since yesterday, which is a welcome change from the being stuck over the past week or two. Now I just need to repeat yesterday's performance, well, every day for the rest of my life.
