Day 245: 270 lbs
Yesterday was a pretty good diet day. Not as good as Tuesday, since I wasn't as careful about measuring my portions at dinner (and if I don't measure my portions, I often eat more than I log in my diet tracker). So I need to be more careful about dinner.
No change in my weight, either.
Next week will be a challenge. I'm traveling Saturday through Wednesday, and much of that time I'll be sequestered and not able to eat anything other than conference food. I may have to muster the willpower to not eat everything on my plate, which is really hard for me. Normally I control how much I eat by simply not putting the food in front of me.
