Day 254: 271 lbs
I'm so proud of myself! Yesterday was an almost-perfect diet day, and I lost four pounds.
The "almost" in "almost perfect" comes from the fact that I went 44 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota. But on the positive side, I stayed on my diet all day, I measured everything I ate, I logged everything properly, and I even managed to avoid the temptation of the bag of chips sitting at the office.
And about 4 PM that bag of chips was looking mighty tempting. But I resisted. And won.
Hah! Take that, you evil bag of chips!
Now I need to repeat yesterday's performance today. And tomorrow. And the day after....
