Day 256: 271 lbs
I stayed on my diet yesterday at least nominally, which is a win at some level. My mom invited the family over for dinner, so my calorie count for that meal is a complete guess. But I did well the rest of the day. I did regain the two pounds I lost the day before.
On the positive side, this was the first full weekend I stayed on my diet (even nominally) in months.
