Day 258: 270 lbs
I was pretty good about my diet yesterday. First and foremost, I didn't break my No Chips Ever rule. In addition, I also measured most of my portions, and stayed under my 1,500 calorie quota. I dropped four pounds, mostly water, but it's still nice.
I still need to work some rough edges, but I've managed to stay on my diet for five days straight now, including a weekend, which has been the toughest lately. So this is good.
