Day 261: 271 lbs

I slipped off my diet yesterday. I had been good for a week, then blammo.

It was partly bad timing. I had very little in my stomach when I came home in the evening, then I ate a brat (heavy on the protein and fat), and went out to chop firewood. Wham! Sugar crash! Between my entrails and my arm muscles fighting over the blood sugar, it was not pretty.

So I went inside and grabbed the first starchy thing I could find. And that was the end of my diet yesterday.

Sadly, I was also off my diet today. No good excuse, but being off my diet one day makes it that much harder to stay on the next day.
