Day 282: 264 lbs

Whee! I dropped three pounds yesterday, making up for the four days in a row where my weight didn't change.

I make a couple of small diet mistakes yesterday. One was eating some samples at the grocery store when I went shopping. I made an estimate for the calorie count, but I really shouldn't have eaten them at all because its impossible to know how many calories I actually ate.

The other mistake was going about 50 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota. I don't think that's such a big deal, but it was a mistake I shouldn't do.

On the positive side, my knee is feeling well enough to get out and do some yardwork, so I spent about an hour splitting firewood yesterday. That's something like 1,200 calories worth of exercise--and I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time this weekend in the yard.
