Day 285: 267 lbs
I'm back up to 267 again. Its like that weight has some sort of mystical significance, and the scales just keep getting pulled in that direction.
Yesterday we spent the afternoon at the pool and then had a hamburgers courtesy of my parents. The traditional Memorial Day cookout. I stayed under my 1,500 calorie quota, but the calorie count for dinner was a complete guess. But I did leave a lot of room for dinner.
I've also (re)discovered the joys of sugar-free Jell-o (or the generic equivalent). Only ten calories in a serving. Unfortunately, it takes about twelve hours to make. So make up a lot of it at once.
