Day 287: 269 lbs
I gained two pounds yesterday. I wasn't very careful at dinnertime about my portions, which may be part of the reason. Not that I think I ate a huge dinner--it was generally a very light meal--but I probably ate a little more than I thought. It was also a very salty dinner, and that may have more to do with it.
There also seems to be some sort of barrier, physiological or mental I'm not sure which, around 265 lbs. It just seems to be really hard for me to crack that weight and stay there. I don't know why that should be, but it seems that I've been bumping against it for months now.
A good part of that time I wasn't even on my diet, or very complacent (that is to say, I wasn't really on my diet even though I pretended I was). But maybe if I can break below 260 I can break whatever mental or physical barrier is keeping me there.
