Day 294: 265 lbs
I slipped one pound up today, but that's not too surprising after the big drop yesterday. The only thing noteworthy is that this is exactly 50 pounds lost since I started my diet 294 days ago.
It is also a reminder of just how stalled I've gotten in the past few months, since I first hit this weight back in late 2005. My goal is to lose an additional 70 pounds.
I think I'm back on track now, but only time will tell for sure.
