Day 300: 263 lbs
300 days of dieting. That's 80% of a year.
I dropped a pound yesterday, and I'm back down to 263 today. But I went about 100 calories over my quota again yesterday, mostly thanks to a late-afternoon snack at the office.
As for my vacation next week, I think the best plan is to do the best I can to stick to my diet everyday, but I'm not going to obsess over it if circumstances force me to go over for a few days. I will do my best to steer the family towards healthy, low-calorie options.
