Day 314: 266 lbs
Okay, back on my diet now.
Not perfectly. Yesterday I had to guess the calorie count at lunch (and that's always a huge problem for me, since I tend to guess much too low), and I went about 50 calories over my quota for the day. But at least I was basically on my diet.
And I dropped six pounds. That's all "easy weight" of course--the weight which disappears quickly at the beginning of a diet because of things like my digestive tract emptying (this is also the weight that reappears almost immediately at the end of a diet).
But it is movement, in the positive direction.
