Day 320: 267 lbs

I stuck to my diet yesterday, and lost a pound. I wasn't perfect, since I didn't measure my portion sizes at dinner, but dinner was pretty light anyway. So I'm pleased.

Today is Fireworks Day, and we haven't decided what we're going to do yet. I'm guessing that my parents will invite the family over for dinner and fire up the grill.
