Day 324: 270 lbs
Ouch! Slip for a couple days, gain four pounds!
As I mentioned yesterday, for me, I have to be on the diet. Period. End of story. If I'm not, then I wind up way waaaay off the diet.
There's no in-between for me. No mostly-on-the-diet, but-I-sneak-a-snack. That's off the diet, and it quickly leads to eating everything in sight.
So my goal for today: on the diet. Period.
