Day 327: 268 lbs
I lost a pound yesterday, but I was over my 1,500 calorie quota by about 1,000 calories. There's no particular excuse, I just lost my discipline late in the afternoon.
On the bright side, at least I kept track of everything I ate, so it wasn't a total slip.
This week is going to be a little crazy, with our son going to a summer school on the other side of town (and we have to drive him). That means early to work and early home, and lots of chances to screw up the diet.
