Day 328: 267 lbs
Late update today, because it was a rush getting out the door this morning. I lost a pound, and was pretty good on my diet yesterday (and so far today, too). Yesterday I was about 100 calories over my 1,500 calorie quota.
I'm not quite happy, though, since I think I could be better about snacking at the office and carefully measuring what I'm eating. I saved my diet yesterday only because I had a very light dinner, and I'll have to do something similar today. Too much temptation at the office has meant not many calories left over by the end of the day.
