Day 342: 269 lbs
Well, there's nothing like a little instant gratification. I stuck to my diet yesterday and lost four pounds.
It turns out that the 273 lbs I weighed yesterday was just a one-day blip. But it did get me motivated to be good on my diet, and I'm going to try to make it stick this time.
I'm proud of myself for the job I did yesterday. I measured everything I ate, stuck to my calorie quota, and didn't give in to temptation to snack.
