Day 354: 272 lbs
Oops, I did it again, slipped off my diet yesterday, and gained four pounds.
I'm sure that's mostly water, since I chugged over a gallon of the stuff while working in the yard.
These past few weeks have not been going well for my diet. To make things more challenging, next week I have a three-day business trip.
At least (I keep reminding myself) I'm not gaining any weight long-term. But I'd like to be losing it instead.
